Welcome to LocalHustle ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LocalHustle website and mobile application (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Athletes under 18 must have parent/guardian approval for payouts.

3. NIL Compliance

LocalHustle facilitates Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities for student athletes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your activities comply with all applicable laws, NCAA rules, state high school association rules, and school policies. We are not legal advisors and make no guarantees regarding eligibility.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Gigs & Payments

Businesses fund gigs. Athletes complete clips. Businesses approve. Parents approve payouts for minors. We take a platform fee. Only pay for clips you love.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content (clips, profiles). By uploading, you grant LocalHustle a license to display and distribute it in connection with the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

No illegal, harmful, or abusive content. No pay-for-play. No violations of NIL rules.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any disputes between users or loss of eligibility.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
